I invite all of you to join the Healthy Moms community on the Blog Frog.

What is the Blog Frog? The Blog Frog is a cool website for bloggers and blog readers to interact and network. If you are a blogger you can promote your blog for free through their website and if you are a blog reader you can visit the Blog Frog and find blogs to read and join discussion forums, like the Healthy Moms forum.

All! Be sure to check out the I Am Enabled Flipping for Change contest. It's your chance to talk about how you feel about electronic health records, how they affect your family, and how they could help your family. And you could win a Pure Digital Flip Camera, too! http://digg.com/u1BpD6

My family's intake if very low...3 to 4 teaspoons of raw honey a day. I blog about it here: http://movingstronglyforward.typepad.com/moving_strongly_forward/2009/09/sugar-under-attack-in-mainstream-medicine-finally.html

I also posted a NYT article regarding the banning of bake sales in school due to sugar. Hooray!
